Shreya Reddy Mahareddy is the founder of Growth Universe, a value-based education ecosystem designed for Grades 1–10, integrating emotional intelligence, decision-making, and real-world life skills into structured learning. Her work reimagines education beyond marks, focusing on building self-aware, resilient, and ethically grounded individuals.

She has independently developed a multi-subject curriculum spanning 10 grades and is currently piloting it in schools, while simultaneously building digital infrastructure, training systems, and scalable delivery models. Alongside her entrepreneurial work, she hosts The Political Youth podcast, where she explores governance, youth leadership, and societal reform with clarity and boldness.
